One-day interactive workshop
This includes:
- Evaluating your precise training needs
- Preparation of a bespoke workshop plan of action
- Supply of pre-reading material
- Delivery of the one-day training workhsop - including mini-exercises, interactive sessions and post-workshgop case study tasks
- Provision of individual tuition packs of ther training material
- Supporting e-tutorial service
- Access to DVL Smith's Members Lounge

Two-day interactive workshop
This includes all of the above, but allows more time for case study assignments and interactive sessions that will help embed best practice within your organisation.
Our preference is to provide a time-lag between the two days. This allows delegates to work on indivdual and group case study tasks between the sessions, and for us to provide feedback as part of the second day.

We welcome the opportunity to discuss with you how to train your own internal training departments in the best ways to deliver our three training programmes and selection of Primers.
